Pallet Repair Operator- 1st, 2nd, & 3rd shift

Requirements – MUST have 1-2 years demonstrated experience in the following:

  • Ability to stand for the entire shift
  • Physical strength and endurance to repeatedly lift pallets weighing 75 lbs.
  • Proven job loyalty and commitment
  • Safety and Quality focused production experience
  • Construction/Manual labor experience

Role & Responsibilities

  • Use of pneumatic nail gun to repair or assemble pallets
  • Repair entails placing pallets on repair table, removal and replacement of defective

boards/hardware

  • Responsible for troubleshooting jams and basic maintenance of saw
  • Other duties as assigned based on business needs

Shift

  • 2nd: 2pm to 10pm
  • 3rd: 10pm to 6am

Our starting training pay for our Pallet Repair Operators is $15.00. After you have completed your training period and become certified on our spec, your pay will increase to $16.50. But your pay increases don’t stop there. Depending on your personal determination, YOU control your pay. There is NO CAP on how much you can make. Ask us how!?! Some of our current employees make upwards of $57,000 within their first year. **$500 Sign-on bonus**

We have a select number of positions available on 1st shift (6am to 2pm), 2nd shift (2pm to 10pm) and 3rd shift (10pm-6am).
