Assistant Manager
$13.00 – $15.00 per hour, depending on experience
A growing restaurant group is seeking an experienced, high-energy manager to lead a local restaurant. Pentex Restaurant Group is now hiring for an Assistant Manager.

We are seeking high quality individuals that enjoy the fast-paced, high-volume environment within the restaurant industry. As an Assistant Manager at Taco John’s, your responsibilities will be based on your skills and experience that will need to include:

  • Possesses natural hospitality and an affinity for interacting with your Guests
  • Have at least 5 years of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry
  • Has previous success with restaurant systems and tools
  • Has previous experience in leading and supervising people
  • Enjoys rolling up your sleeves and actively participating in all functions of operating a restaurant
  • Is results oriented and has a track record of operating and financial success
  • Can multi-task all day long with a smile on your face
  • Understands and has a passion for the intricacies of working with food and beverage
  • Possesses POS and Back Office computer skills
  • Likes to have fun at work!

Experience Required:

1 year of Restaurant Management/Supervisory Experience
