Patra Corporation

Role Purpose: To proactively and efficiently manage implementations between account managers, India team and agencies including integrating new agencies into the Patra Select program.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with account managers, India team and agencies
  • Implement and manage all processes through workflows created for each agency
  • Deliver strong service by responding swiftly and managing issues and concerns from account managers, India team and agencies
  • Maintain knowledge and understanding of technology-based tools and solutions in support of Patra Select
  • Use analytical and critical thinking in work processes and communication skills
  • Coordinate with team leads any areas where workflows can be improved
  • Coordinate with team leads where guidance may be needed for account managers
  • Adhere to Patra Select professional standards
  • Setting up new agencies with Patra Select processes
  • Manage multiple projects at one time
  • Ensure client/account manager “satisfaction” through thorough communication and follow ups
  • Other duties as assigned


Supporting Responsibilities:

  • Forge relationships with account managers and India team
  • Travel on site as needed to onboard new account manager or meet with new agency
  • Assist the sales team for Patra Select next steps
  • Agency visits as needed
