Full Job Description

Full-time sales or part-time survey work available at new software company in the business of building software programs for law firms. Individuals can apply to either do surveys or to make sales. Surveys will include questions on what kinds of software potential clients are currently using and what they are looking for in future add-ons related to security. We are looking for self-directed individuals who are driven by working in a fast-paced environment. Survey reps work 20+ hours per week, but no more than 30. Sales reps start at no more than 30 hours per week until training is complete, and then hours may be increased to 40 per week based on performance.


Survey Reps – Pay starts at $11 per hour with pay increases based on call numbers. Prizes awarded for leads that turn into sales. Raises given based on attendance and call performance.

Sales Reps – Pay starts at $12 per hour with commissions and bonuses. Raises may be given when certain sales goals have been achieved.

Survey Reps – You will be making business-to-business survey calls in a fast-paced lead generation environment. Attendance and call volume will greatly increase your success rate. You will be required to make 100 calls per day, assessing interested parties and routing their correct contact information and survey answers to available sales reps.

Sales Reps – This is a very detail-oriented style of sales job and account management. Sales themselves are generally a 2-3 call process as the products we offer are tailored to target a very niche market. Attendance and attentiveness will greatly increase your success rate in this environment. You will be required to be able to handle your own client base and manage client retention and renewals.
