Full-time (Monday – Friday: 8:45a – 5:45p) and 8:00a – Noon, every 5th Saturday on a rotating basis
Eligible for benefit package
Answers all incoming phone calls with a friendly and warm tone.
Record detailed messages and provide handoff to team member.
Welcomes customers by greeting them at the door.
Ensures reception area is clean and tidy, and makes coffee.
Accept payments when necessary.
Update appointment calendars, and schedule follow-up appointments as necessary.
Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
Filing and scanning documents.
Answers questions about the company and process.
Monitors the use of supplies.
Perform other related duties as required.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma
Knowledge of customer service practices and standards.
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
Knowledge of computers and relevant software application, such as Microsoft Word.
Receptionist Skills and Qualifications:
Customer Service Focus
Verbal communication skills
Decision making skills
The Receptionist will spend long hours sitting and using a computer, which can cause muscle strain. The Receptionist may also have to do some light lifting of supplies and materials from time to time.
The McGrath Collision Center is a busy facility. The Receptionist may have to manage a number of projects at one time, and may be interrupted frequently to meet the needs and requests of customers and team members. This is a team oriented environment. The Receptionist may find the environment to be busy, noisy and will need excellent organizational and time and stress management skills to complete the required tasks.
