Bookkeeping/Office Admin Position

Corridor Kitchens, Inc., located in North Liberty, IA, is a kitchen and bath dealer. We have worked with homeowners and contractors in the surrounding area for the past 15 years. Applications are being accepted for a Bookkeeping/Office Admin position.

What you will be doing:

· Financial recordkeeping using QuickBooks software, including:

o Payroll and corresponding tax payments

o Bank and Credit Card Recons

o Accounts Payable

o Accounts Receivable

o Track computerized inventory in warehouse

o Balancing inter-company accounts

· Office Management:

o Manage workflow processes and communicate with management on a regular basis

o Communicate both verbally and electronically with vendors, sub-contractors and customers

o Maintain employee files


· Business/accounting degree or experience required

o A/P, A/R, and Payroll experience required

o Experience in Retail and/or Construction based accounting preferred.

o Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software

· High degree of attention to detail

· Maintains a high level of confidentiality

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbally

· Self-motivated and possess superb time-management skills

· Experience with Microsoft Office required

This position is 30-40 hours per week. Compensation will vary upon experience.
