We are looking for motivated team players to become part of a growing company. company. We provide three tiers of 24×7 Technical Support ranging from End-User Support, Installation Support, and Network Support. Candidates are required to have troubleshooting skills in Network Connectivity, both Wired & Wireless. Must also possess a good understanding of the most popular operating systems / devices / applications; Some examples include, but are not limited to:
- Windows (7/8/10)
- Apple Mac or iOS (iPhones, iPods, iPads, Mac Books)
- Android (phones / tablets)
- Email clients (Outlook, Windows Mail)
- Browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Microsoft Edge & Internet Explorer)
- Gaming systems (Playstation, Xbox)
Minumum 1 year of customer service experience is also desired. Ability to multi-task is needed.
