Responsibilities:
- Provide thorough analysis to be utilized in determining appropriate loan opportunities for client (balance sheet and securitized) lending programs. Analysis should include determining key inputs for calculating values through discounted cash flow analysis, along with CML rating modeling and other tools
- Independently gather information from external sources (mortgage bankers/appraisers/leasing companies/borrowers/online) to be utilized in studying the collateral, sponsor, market and other fundamental components of potential CMLs.
- Implement strong understanding of CML origination procedures and processes to make appropriate inquiries
- Draft real estate investment committee presentations
- Generate drafts of the application/commitment documents for use in establishing terms of a financing transaction.
- Organize the appropriate documentation and provide to the appraisers and engineers to engage the third party appraisal, environmental and engineering reports.
- Working knowledge of all client lending programs
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of team’s territory, understanding commercial real estate markets, submarkets, and individual property type performance
- May assist in training and management of interns
- Special projects assigned by Team Leader or Head of CML Production Department

Required Qualifications:
Incumbent must possess a four year degree analytical thinker, effective verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills and ability to effectively think on their feet.
Preferred Qualifications:
Real estate finance, finance and/or accounting degree preferred
