Location: ELSC – Culture Climate Transformation
- Coordinate program operations for implementation of Link for Schools program throughout the district including management of meeting logistics, tracking participation/attendance in trainings, and maintaining organized records.
- Support Link program staff through scheduling trainings/meetings, ordering supplies and equipment, collecting and reporting necessary data.
- Assist with on-going program development, implementation, evaluation and continuous improvement of District ‘ s Link Program.
- Assist with budget monitoring and accounting for program expenditures.
- Communicate and coordinate services with partnering organizations.
- Provide for implementation, evaluation and reporting in compliance with grant requirements for Link program.
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements:
Minimum Associate Degree in health or education-related field or GED with 5+ years full time work experience in a similar role; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience in secretarial or administrative assistant position in a medium to large organization.
Experience following protocols and procedures.
Preferred experience with grant-funded projects and/or research project.
Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements
Demonstrated experience with data management and excel spreadsheets.
Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and document effectively
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
Comfort with ambiguity, strong ability to problem solve and work independently to identify creative solutions. Ability to work remotely/offsite. Access to a vehicle.
Understanding of the operations of the education system.

The noise level in the work environment is moderately quiet. The position requires the commitment of professional working hours that may require the employee to extend beyond a typical 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. workday. The employee will frequently work in different areas of the building including in/at desks, on or near the floor, standing.
