Currently we are looking to add team members for the following positions:
In charge of personally distributing products and services directly to prospects who have requested information.
Average Earnings for Sales Representative:
500$ per sale + residual pay. (Ex: 500 x 5 sales in a week = 2500$ + Residuals and Bonus Pay)
In charge of hiring and building new distribution outlets as well as maintaining brand awareness
Average Earnings for Distribution Manager:
- Percentage of total monthly Distribution volume + Monthly Bonus Pay
- Ex: 10-30% of 80,000 in monthly volume = 8,000$ – 24,000$ in monthly compensation plus monthly Bonus Pay.
As a financial services company we operate in a regulated industry, All candidates must be willing to obtain a Life Insurance License or already have one, and must pass a state background check. We do assist unlicensed candidates get a license.
