Willetts Technology is currently seeking an IT Support Specialist for an immediate opportunity.

This is a full time position. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE working in end user IT support environments or a two (2) year technical degree in relevant study.

This position will be supporting multiple clients and multiple locations across multiple states. The work environment is fast paced and full of energy with opportunities to work alongside experienced system engineers and network engineers.

Must be willing to travel out of state 25% of the year. The ideal candidate is self motivated and an independent problem solver.


  • BASIC LAN/WAN Configuration –TCP/IP, DNS
  • Windows Server Management
  • Software Configuration
  • Exchange Email Account Setup/Troubleshooting
  • Printer/Scanner Setup and Troubleshooting
  • PC Setup/Upgrades/Troubleshooting both Software and Hardware
  • Daily Activity/Customer Environments
  • Good Verbal and Written Communication
  • Ability to Organize and Time Manage

Ideal Candidate has Experience in the Following:

  • Server Rack Organization
  • Cabling Management and Termination

Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Problem solving for end users both software and hardware related issues
  • Assisting System and Network engineers with onsite projects
  • Relocating computer and networking hardware
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs independently
  • Following up with tickets to ensure resolution for end user’s issues
  • Documenting processes and customer network details
  • Finding and suggesting solutions for customers IT needs
  • Keeping daily tasks organized and scheduled
  • Finishing tasks/projects to meet customer deadlines
  • Being able to help out where needed with team members and the company
  • Following company policies and procedures
  • Introducing best practices and implementations for our clients
  • Expanding your knowledge in the IT field by learning new technologies
  • Growing your soft skills for improved customer/team experience

Experience with following technologies is a plus:

  • IP cameras
  • IP and Digital Phone Systems
  • Backup Solutions
  • Virtual Environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
