Guardian Case Manager – Corridor Care Management, LLC – Coralville, IA

CCM serves as the court-appointed guardian for several individuals in central and western Iowa. This job entails physical visits to the clients once per month (COVID allowing), monitoring their well being in their living environment, paying their bills, attending medical appointments, and advocating for them in range of ways and areas. Because CCM is in charge of the care of the person, occasional phone calls come in outside normal business hours.

Bachelor’s degree in a human services related field required, or an ADN Must be able to pass a test to become a National Certified Guardian within 1 year of hire. Training and test paid for by CCM. Position requires the ability to work independently. Insurance available as part of an overall salary package if needed. Position is 40 hours per week. Good judgment is a must.

An ideal candidate would understand public benefit programs, health care delivery systems, and basic consumer finance. Alternatively, candidate could have a strong background in the legal and finance fields with some knowledge of healthcare and medicine.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year
