Are you looking for a great place to work? Are you seeking a retail position that will leave you going home feeling fulfilled each and every day? If so, Goodwill of the Heartland is the place for you. We are looking to hire a full time Assistant RTP Manager for our Headquarters in Cedar Rapids !

The Assistant RTP Manager will maintain an appropriate leadership example, as well as ensure the workspace is clean, neat, organized, and safe at all times. This position will assist in monthly team meetings to discuss and seek input on operations and retail training, and to report on retail and Goodwill issues. You will provide supervision to staff in the absence of the Regional Manager, as well as assist in recording of statistical information concerning incoming donations, production, inventory, etc. The Assistant RTP Manager will assist in monitoring and optimizing production (including salvage items) and inventory, as well as assist in monitoring and controlling expenses to ensure efficiency in operations.

The Assistant RTP Manager has a starting wage range from $12.33 to $13.67/hour depending on experience. The schedule will be Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm. This position will remain open until filled.

Experience

  • Six months full-time employment in a related field required.
